Bio

Grace Gits, is a lyric Soprano currently completing her undergraduate studies in vocal performance at Michigan State University studying under acclaimed mezzo-soprano Jane Bunnell. Known for her warm timbre and dynamic stage presence, she has already demonstrated a wide range of artistic versatility through her performances in both opera and musical theater. Grace’s recent roles at Michigan State University include Petra in Stephen Sondheim’s A Little Night Music and Woman Two in Mozart’s The Magic Flute, where her vocal expressivity and dramatic nuance shone. She has also been featured in MSU’s productions of Don Giovanni and Falstaff. Passionate about interpreting both classic and contemporary works, Grace aspires to continue bridging tradition and innovation as she prepares to embark on her professional operatic career.
