Bio
Danielle Sanchez is a Pittsburgh based soprano who made her SERIO stage debut in The Tales of Hoffmann. Danielle completed her Bachelor’s degree in Vocal Music at Kent State University in Ohio where she concurrently pursued her bachelors and masters degrees in Speech Language Pathology. She then pursued a 12 year long career as an SLP treating swallowing and upper airway disorders including a specific focus on voice pathology and rehabilitation.
Danielle is thrilled to be returning to the operatic stage in this dream role. Prior favorite roles include Zerlina (Don Giovanni), Mrs. Gobineau (The Medium), The Narrator(Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat), and Madame de la Grande Bouche (Beauty and the Beast). She is honored to be part of this production and grateful for the amazing opportunity. She continually wishes to acknowledge husband and daughters and thanks them for their never ending love and support.
